Heat Pump Maintenance Contract

Our heat pump maintenance contract is perfect for customers that want to keep their energy-efficient heat pump working properly throughout the year and enjoy 24-hour emergency service if any problems arise. Our heat pump maintenance contract includes inspections twice a year. During our inspections we will evaluate individual components of your system, diagnose any existing issues, identify any potential future issues, recommend repairs as needed, and provide you with peace of mind. Our heat pump maintenance inspection includes examining and servicing the following: relays, capacitors, fan motors, heater package, circuit boards, reversing valve, defrost board, coil cleanliness, blower operation, filter change, low and high voltage wiring, refrigerant level, and more.

Air Conditioner/Oil Burner Maintenance Contract

Our air conditioner and oil burner maintenance contract is perfect for customers that want to keep their heating and cooling systems working properly throughout the year and enjoy 24-hour emergency service if any problems arise. What does our air conditioner and oil burner maintenance contract provide? First, we offer inspections twice a year, once in the spring for your air conditioner and once in the fall for your oil burner heating system. During our inspections we will evaluate individual components of your system, diagnose any existing issues, identify any potential future issues, recommend repairs as needed, and provide you with peace of mind. Our air conditioner and oil burner maintenance inspection includes examining and servicing the following: compressor, outdoor fan, Freon charge, CAD cell eye and cell relay, electrodes, emergency switch, fan and limit control, burner coupling, oil filter change PRV, pump strainer, and more.

Air Conditioner/Furnace Maintenance Contract

Our air conditioner and furnace maintenance contract is perfect for customers that want to keep their air conditioner and furnace working properly throughout the year and enjoy 24-hour emergency service if any problems arise. Our air conditioner and furnace maintenance contract includes inspections twice a year, once in the spring for your air conditioning unit and once in the fall for your furnace. During our inspections we will evaluate individual components of your system, diagnose any existing issues, identify any potential future issues, recommend repairs as needed, and provide you with peace of mind. Our air conditioner and furnace maintenance inspection includes examining and servicing the following: relay, capacitors, fan motors, heater package, circuit boards, compressor amps, compressor operation, filter change, coil cleanliness, refrigerant level, thermostat, and more.
